Find out more about the I AM A VOICE for Epilepsy Awareness™ campaign below:
Did you know that there are over 300,000 people in Canada, over 3.4 million people in the United States and over 65 million people around the world living with epilepsy?
Did you know that epilepsy is one of the most common neurological conditions yet it receives the least funding and has the least recognition?
The above facts and so many more prove that there is a vital need to raise awareness of epilepsy in our communities.
The I AM A VOICE for Epilepsy Awareness™ campaign aims to do just that.
Through the I AM A VOICE for Epilepsy Awareness™ campaign, we educate people about epilepsy to increase epilepsy awareness and decrease the stigma associated with epilepsy; we support people living with epilepsy by enabling them to feel safe and supported in their communities; and we work to be an empowering voice for those who cannot advocate for themselves.
